Halasana or Plow pose is best for those who wants to gain Flexibility of backbone and reduce Belly.As you gain flexibility you will remain young even in your old age.

How to Do Halasana

1. Lie on the mat with your legs stretched forward.
2.Raise your legs up and slowly try to rest on the floor passing above your head.
3.At this position keep your legs straight and lie your hands straight on the floor.
4.Stretch  a little so that you may rest your toes for few minutes. You may support your waist with      
   your both hands.
5.Continue in this position and return back slowly after couple of minute.

Health Benefits of Halasana

. Halasana is very helpful in reducing fat/belly.

.Makes the bone strong and flexible as well.

.Helpful in normalizing blood pressure.

. Makes charming face due to more blood flow towards face during asana.

Precaution

Those who have neck pain, back pain and high blood pressure should not practice this yoga pose.
