 Sarvangasana or Shoulder stand Pose is an ultimate pose for those who wants to be mentally fit with better memory.

Its is recommended asana for the students as it works as a Powerful memory Tonic.

Instructions:

  • Lie on your back. Now try to lift the lower part of your body up to rest up on your shoulder. Support your back with the hands.
  •  
  • Raise your legs,buttock and waist up. Rest your complete weight on your Shoulder.

  • Stretch your leg up and keep your spine straight. Now try to bend you chin to touch your chest.
  • Breath slowly and deeply with you entire concentration towards your brain. Hold this position for a minute.
  •  
  • Come back to your normal position. Here you need to be slow. Remember never try to be in a hurry while performing this Asana.
