Sirsasana or Headstand pose is a best yogic pose for those who want to develop their Concentration.
Practice this Yogic pose daily for 10 minutes and I am sure it will prove to be beneficial to you.

Instruction:

    Sit on mat and form an Interlock by weaving your fingers.

    Place your fingers on the mat and Place you head gently into the cavity formed by interlocking
    fingers.

    Now try to lift your legs up while resting your entire body weight on your head. Lift slowly and
    maintain the Body balance.

    Now when you rest your body on your head, make sure that your whole body is straight.
    Continue in this position for few minutes.

    Breath slowly and return back to the normal position.

Benefits you derive out of Sirsasana or Headstand Pose

     Improves your concentration and memory by providing sufficient blood to brain cells.
     Checks the digestion disorder.
     It is helpful in relaxing your mind by releasing anxieties.
     Stimulate and regulates all the body systems.

Precaution for Sirsasan

    Those suffering from heart disease, head injuries or neck problem, high blood pressure or low
     blood pressure should avoid practicing this asana.
    Women should not practice during periods.
